I want to share our (my husband and I ) positive experience with South Coast Design Build Team. Tyler and Liz were awesome accommodating building designs for our custom design retirement home! They worked within our budget and did not gouge us for extra costs like other builders we've dealt with in the past. Tyler and Liz are great communicators always available for questions or concerns relating to the building process as it can be very stressful experience. Tyler and Liz were very reassuring and understanding during the process, which was a great relief. Tyler is a certified Architectural [designer] and is flexible with any design ideas brought to your building plans. Tyler and Liz are very fair and honest with their pricing with building materials and interior items, the quality of our home was done with perfection and most importantly with care! The only issue we had with the build was our property was located on a wet land. Which unfortunately caused delays with our building permits which was extremely frustrating during our build. It finally worked out in the end as we had a beautiful home built to enjoy our retirement!
